Once sawn, these parts are then moved to the precision machining shop, where they are machined utilizing state-of-the-art, 5-sided CNC machines. Each part is machined, drilled, tapped and inspected in a single setup, which provides better accuracies and smoother production. After 5-sided machining is complete, the product will then probably arrive at our gear cutting shop. During this process, team members perform a series of inspections, leaving nothing to chance.<\/p>\n
